Hobi's reactions to the members coming by his MV shoot take on even more significance when you realize that this was very early 2018 when RM had just had surgery right before, they were still all deeply struggling mentally/emotionally, they were taking a break from activities, and may have still even been considering disbanding. You're right - this IS why we love them and why they impact us so much. I am forever grateful to experience being their fan and so happy to see their love for each other continuing even to today. It's what makes them so very special.

RM & J Hope just shared that they both have mixtapes coming out soon! So exciting! Aneesa had posted Chapter 21 and I'm also glad she has been taking a mental health break. She never expected this series to blow up as it has, so she has been so stressed out from making it the best she could. She makes NO money from this from RU-vid since she purposely makes sure all music featured on the series goes to the music owners. She doesn't want to profit of her love for the guys! She had shared that this was her labor of love, a thank you to the guys for helping her through some tough times in her life. She is amazing!

Oppa is a term that a girl would use toward an older male who she was close to. Like Hyung is used by a younger male toward an older male.

As I watched your face and listened to you talk about how this makes you feel happy, without knowing why I thought, "Now you get it. Welcome to the ARMY." For me, this is why I stay with these men. They bring me inexplicable joy, just by existing and sharing themselves with us. Can't explain it, it just is what it is. And I'm so very grateful for it.

They have this "deep connection" with each other since they have lived together for more than 10 yrs now. They can feel each other's sorrows and happiness. Their bond is so deep, real and genuine. They are like families. They genuinely care and love each other. As what Suga said before, the members are the closest he ever had aside from his family. I guess it helped that they are not of the same age... they get along pretty well and it makes me happy. The youngest respects their elders and the elders are so fond of the younger ones too. Their bond is amazing.

I am so envious of BTS and their relationship and love towards each other. But they’ve worked hard not only on their craft but their teamwork. I always feel like I’m their friend because they make me feel accepted and appreciated.

2018 year was really tough for them, they were climbing high which kpop artist or even them has never seen or thought of and two the year their contract with their label were about to expire . they all were considering their disbandment. Somewhere one of member also said that the success they were reaching was really scary and great full at the same time ,they all were felling a lot of pressure or you know na when everyone suddenly giving you a lot of Attention. I'm really very thankful to them that they decided to stay together. 2018 was really crazy year and their emotional really come out in 2018 MMA award acceptance speech time . bangtan share all their happy and sad feeling with us. This things create a strong and unbreakable bond between us. Even after 8years they still work so hard to give us their best.

I do have that relationship with my friends, we are 7 girls in our early twenties... And we do love each other, and even though we can't see each other often because we study in different parts of the country, we talk with each other every day and make sure we are okay. Helping each other out if we are not. And I do feel the most lucky person on earth having them by my side. Today is my Army birthday, 3 years since I jumped into the rabbit hole. And I cried a lot seeing them suffer in this video, my friends and I suffered too with all that's been happening in the world lately, and not being there to give them a hug was the most difficult part. I envy BTS for being together all day, I wish I could too be with my friends. However, they bring me confort, to me and my friends, and help us continue to be together and remember what we have. Sorry for the long message, written with my phone (so there's gonna be misspealings) at 1 am here in Spain. But I'm seeing my friends tomorrow, after 4 months, and they were all I could think of now. I teared up when you UNDERSTOOD why we love these guys, why we think they're the best. You get it. They're all very attractive, that's true. But that's not the only thing that draws us to them. It hurts when we get judged for liking BTS just because they think we like those handsome faces. BTS and our love for them are way deeper than what other people see or think. Only those who would take time to get to know BTS would truly understand. So thank you, Jim. Thank you for giving BTS a chance. Thank you for taking the time to know them, their music, their personality, vision, what they stand for, what their strengths and weaknesses are. They are far from perfect but they are genuine and they are very endearing.

BTS always say that they're glad that they are 7 and I think a lot of people don't realize why they're glad. Could you imagine having to do all this alone? The road they paved is uniquely theirs because they're the only group to have achieved this much. No other group can say they've gone through the same struggles and hardships so they only have each other to rely on and they're the only ones who can empathize with their situation. BTS is pretty honest with ARMY but i'm sure there are a lot of things that happened behind the scenes that we'll never know about or find out too late (ie like when they considered disbanding). So i'm glad they have each other.

the clips of jhope being happy to see the members at his music video shoot will never fail to put a smile on my face. him kissing jungkooks head, hugging all of them, ugh it's so precious. but yeah about what jimin said, looking from their viewpoint, it's easy to forget the reason why you're doing what you're doing. they have the struggles of social media, haters, thinking about producing music greater than the last, keeping up a good image, all of it. but when jimin realized it's because of that moment with the fans, it hit me hard in the heart. they have a passion not only for fans, but for their work that will never die out no matter how hard it gets.

Oppa means older brother - the female version. You’ve heard the male version a lot before - Hyung. So Oppa/Hyung can be blood related but also everyone that’s (a bit) older than you and with whom you’re close.

omg hahah it's funny how he said "it makes me feel good" at 12:19 right when i started crying LOL. we all have different reactions to different songs :'). i had so far away on repeat when i was going through a hard time in college so the song brings back a lot of really, really complicated feelings for me. kinda painful because on one hand i'm nostalgic for that specific kind of fear of the unknown that comes with youth, but also even now i feel i've become complacent in my "dreams" so it's a different kind of pain. it's more of a duty at this point, and i've accepted that.18 year old me cried because i knew my family was depending on me but i felt so, so lost and broken down and didn't know how to live up to that. but now 23 year old me is hurting because i've found my path but the pressure hasn't gotten any easier to carry, and i feel like i had to give up a part of myself that dreamed for something more. the joys of growing up i guess 🥲

so what you're missing is some of the context. The end of 2017 and early 2018 were...rough. This was the time period they discussed disbandment. This entire episode is an excellent reminder for why ARMY does NOT aknowledge solos. Solos are antis. Bangtan are 7. Their bond is unbreakable. As Yoongi said-What a relief they are together.

I completely agree that they're closer than brothers at this point. They certainly started out as work buddies, but that eveolved over time into friendship, brotherhood, and has now entered what I view as soulmateship. Hobi once said that it feels like they were meant to meet each other. That it was fate. I have to agree. They just click. They're so different but they also complete each other and fill in where the others perhaps lack.

One of the reasons that caught my attention when I first deep dive into their personal lives few years ago was that I started to appreciate the kind of similar relationships I have with my best friends. I learned to embrace those that are close to me more and happy that my best friend became army soon after!

A lot of the clips are from Run BTS Episodes. The games, the spanking, Suga screaming, the letter/poem by Suga & Jin that was covered in this video. I have read/watched a so-called "media" that said negative things about BTS but their comments are purely ignorance and racist. BTS' relationship is also better than my relationship with anyone. I envy them but watching them warms my heart. 😁💜

There are some songs that give me happy vibe when i listen to them. That's what 'the song' can do to me, not 'the artist'. However BTS is the only one who can make me happy and smile when i actually watch the artist and their life.

I forgot to mentioned since you asked oppa is usually a term used by women to refer to someone closer to them who is older - the trip was actually planned by V who was trying to re energize the group and bring them back to being themselves this is something that will be touched upon during their mama speech in 2018 where they admitted they almost disbanded. It was V who saved the group and because of his efforts they decided to extend their contracts

there's also an episode 21 right now 😊 and yes, really interesting how organized ARMY can be. but looking at numbers there are actually so many new fans from the last couple of years.. they may not have found the organized part of the fandom yet

I feel the same. Why their intimate moment and close brotherhood make me happy? Why am i smaling when they are smiling? I've never had these kinda personal connection to any other celebrities. I assume that we all want to have pure and unconditional relationship like them with whom i love, and BTS gives us vicarious satisfaction. They are not-notch skilled artist with hard work and, at the same time, they are so natural and humble when they are together. The contrasts is very satiftying to me. Watching their care and supports for each other make my heart soooooo warm.

Yes, they all love each other so much, they're like soulmates, they have said so of each other. They fight too, but fights only make them closer. I think the culture also has something to do w/ it. Being affectionate and loving sometimes especially among men are stigmatized sometimes in some cultures like the west.

Their bond is indeed inspiring and impossible to explain or replicate. Even Bang PD says he doesn’t know how it happened and he wished he knew so they could do it again. It’s just a synergy of their particular group of personalities and experiences combined. Chaos theory in action, too many moving and minute factors to replicate. Even other K-pop groups mostly think they are odd because of how very close they all are. As Yoongi said recently: “We’re real brothers. Period” But as you said, it’s more than that. More than even brotherly. There is a phrase for this is Gaelic: Anam Cara. It means Soul Friend. But it’s 7 of them. Amazing.

I am glad you were able to take a min and cool off. It sucks when things get messed up and it is out of your control. Missed doing this live too, but nothing we could have done about it. I am pretty sure everyone has already answered your questions..haha But for the episode, i am also envious of their relationship. It is just so natural. But i think a big part of that has to do with how BigHit put a lot of focus on them being a team and them relying on esch other. Suga mentioned one time that if they hadnt live together that they would have not worked out. Because they were so different from each other. But them working together and living made a big difference. But also Bang PD putting more focus on TEAM and not making it a competition between individuals too. But it was also meant to be. They did something many of us don't have the courage to do with our friends and even family....they chose to be vulnerable and sincere with one another. This formed their bond and brotherhood to this point. Nothing phases them about the other because they know each other so well, they know what that other person would do or react. This had made me re-evaluate the way I interact with my friends and family. And if I don't show vulnerability, why not? Is it me or them?

bts once said that their relationship is very special and unique. they are family, brothers, friends, a team, mentors to each other, co-workers, colleagues all at the same time. Almost all boybands disband badly or are not as close as they are at all. Even a lot of friends and family aren't as bonded as they are. I think it's meant to be and it's fate and destiny that intertwined them together lol. their relationship is indeed truly deep and unique and i don't think there's anything like that in the world right now.

about jimin's situation i understand that. i used to love video and photo editing. even though i never got many views on them but i used to spend hours doing it because it made me happy. the result after hours made me satisfied. but when my sibling got to know about my editing work they were happy because i am unemployed and everyone in family is stressed about my career. so they encouraged me to do more editing and make it my career. But suddenly when the word career and finance joined to my love for editing suddenly i got scared . I got soo scared that it was hard to edit even 1 minute of video. i had several thoughts in my mind and eventually i was defeated by my mind. i can't edit now , its hard and now i just keep studying and giving exams to get job. I am happy that jimin was able to get out of it sucessfully because those thought process literally breaks you from inside and things become soo hard to be done.

To tell you the truth... While their music is absolutely inspiring, the thing that draws me to them is their relationship with each other. The only way I can describe their relationship is Ethereal... almost devine, other-worldly. It's once-in-a-lifetime thing. We hardly see this among family members or with friends let alone a group of people who have come together from different backgrounds & upbringings. Like J-Hope & other members have often said, it's not a mere case of living together or working together... It's Fate! Love these guys.

It was sad, I love spending Sundays here watching your stream it's so much fun, but ya never know when the internet is going to be unreliable. Regarding daydream, you were confused by Hobi saying it reflected his shadow.. if you check out the lyrics and explanations you can see what he means. While the music is funky and happy sounding, the song is actually pretty sad :( that’s the thing I love about Hobi’s music, you can listen to it at a surface level and you can also dig deep and see the depth of his soul in his songs.

I feel like BTS and probably most people spend a lot of time thinking about what will make them happy. If I do this..then... I too have thought about it a lot, specifically after my husband walked out of our family to "find his happiness". The conclusion I have reached is that happiness is not something obtained from an outside source. Happiness is a choice. Your life and your circumstances are ever changing so to look outside yourself to find it is race you can never win. Happiness is achieved when you stop running towards something invisible and just sit in the moment you are in and say I am happy eating this meal with my children or I am happy I got a paycheck today. Happy isn't a goal, it is an emotion that comes and goes like anger or sadness. Just food for thought... not to get too deep but I think a lot about this when I watch BTS videos because they talk a lot about if they are happy or not.

Their love for each other created a brotherhood... their own community. Which led to us becoming more endeaed to them and we created that in our community of ARMY which led to us commenting and looking forward to our Sundays with Jim here... as a micro community within ARMY. It all about community and belonging with people of like mindedness. We love being here and can tell when you were so bummed that you couldn't be live with us. I know you were constantly looking for that chat, that community. Mikroscosmos. 😏💜💜

i think Jimin was having a burn out during that phase, every each of them i am sure facing the same situations but luckily they all getting stronger to fight all their demons

Hi Jim. I’m so glad you were able to do the reaction. Sundays are my favorite day and I wake up early before going to work just to watch your ROB and album reactions. BTW now you know what it meant when XCeleste Said “ BTS is more than just their singing and dancing!” They teach us things through their words and their actions whether its a simple praising of another member or being patient and respectful of another member they are and how they tease each other. We have the genius Namjoon with his wonderful words, Yoongi with his wise thoughts, Jin with his down to earth attitude, J Hope lifting your spirits up, Jimin wit he his caring attitude and Tae with his out of the box thoughts and compassion to others and our dear Jungkook for being the cutest youngest member that showed us that he can still learn from his big brothers even though he is already an amazingly talented young man. 7 different characters with an amazing relationship that we wish we could have with our own friends and family. You are definitely ARMY bec you get what BTS means to all of us. “WELCOME” 💜💜💜

I definitely understand what you mean. I wish I had relationships as deep and as beautiful as theirs. It inspires me, truly. And makes me a touch jealous 😅😉💜 but only in the best of ways.
