Recipe
1 lb pasta
6tbl butter
6tbl flour
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb. cheeses of choice
salt and pepper to taste
toppings (panco crumbs, crackers, meat, etc.)
Cook pasta according to directions. In a large pot, melt butter and mix flour until well blended (a roux). Add milk and whisk until it thickens and bubbles. Add cream and cheeses, salt, and pepper.
Add pasta and mix. pour into a baking pan and add the topping of your choice.
When ready, heat in oven at 325 until cheese is fully melted and toppings are golden.
