@@that_one_kid351 you can surgically remove it, it's just best to wait till you are mostly done with losing the weight so you don't have to constantly go in to remove it. One of the things that deters people from continuing to lose weight, as it's something you have to live with for a long time before you lose all the weight.

@@buncxvr4052 We acknowledge that this man went thru a kind of hell to overcome his addiction. We each have our weaknesses. Good to be kind and be able to see the suffering and struggles of others. I find it a struggle to lose an extra 40 lbs. What about all the people who are taking pills to lose their extra weight? Maybe you don't realize that overeating on a regular basis is an addiction. This man has decided to change his life. It's a day to day struggle. Be well all and be inspired.

My dad died at the age of 49. He went into the hospital weighing 385 pounds. He lost 80 pounds while in the hospital. His heart gave out on the operating table. He’s been dead for 60 years. Thank you for doing something about your weight before your heart gives out on you!
he did something with his weight but the damage that he suffered is already done. no going back now unfortunately. doesn't matter how much exercise he does, the age of his organs is definitely up there already but at least he can live a better life now so that's good
@@Aerixes.With proper nutrition, the body can recover. The body can renew at a cellular level every two years as designed by an Intelligent Designer-GOD. We are supposed to have a new body every 2years. We are what we eat.

No kidding you gotta have some balls of steel to overcome such difficulties,lots of determination and motivation is needed and surely there has been lots of times when he felt like giving up but he knew he couldn't. All that alone makes him a great person that wants to improve and it's worth of praise, for he fought to change his future.

Good for you man. I was a hardcore drug addict and alcoholic for 21 years. I now have a 4 yr old daughter who is the Sun. I have been entirely sober for 3 yrs 8 months. We all have our vices. Hats Off to you, Sir. 🫡

Yea, that skin removal surgery is some dangerous shit folks, dont forget, yoir skin is the LARGEST ORGAN in/on your body and when you hack it up it gets dangerous and hes gonna need alot. I think a better option, to take up some slack, would be continue working out, get yoir dr to prescribe steriods and bulk up, put on 50, 75 lbs of muscle, then see what you got dangling and go from there.

Body positivity is not about being morbid obese just not treat people like crap if they strugle with food. If you tell someone you are obese you are a disaster it doesn't help them either. This is what most people don't understand

I was there myself my friend! I was 460lb but did gastric bypass. I wish I would of had your courage and love for myself like you do. You did it and you look terrific too. And I'm 100% sure your a lot healthier than I am without a stomach and many other parts and pieces of my organs that had to be removed because..... Without a stomach other parts of your body don't want to work or just shut down. I don't know you but I would like to. Your fearless, motivated and have a hunger for life that's a gift from God! I'm glad he did the right thing and Justin and sit back and complain and blame everybody else for being overweight he realized he needed to change and he did it God bless that man that is hard work
