This recording comes from our most recent session! When coming up with the setlist for this session, Shango wanted each band member to choose a tune. This tune in particular was chosen by the piano player Austin Jaffe. Taking inspiration from Antonio Carlos Jobim, Austin arranged a version of this tune that truly takes in the bossa nova roots and elevates this tune to the next level. Here's the house band rendition of the Seaside Kingdom theme from Super Mario Odyssey, also known as Bubblaine!
