I have had a bubble magus filter roller for about 1 year. I have the following questions: 1.There is a marking on the side saying "Water level" is this the level of the sump or the level if the water inside the filter? 2. There is a significant amount of air bubbles in the water flowing into the filter - this normal? the whole system is plumbed with PVC pipe. what is the ideal setting for the float value? Any wisdom you can offer will be appreciated. thank you
Hear we are 1 year later. A follow up review or comments from users would be appreciated. How long are the rolls lasting? What happens when the roll runs out? Does it just come off the spool, or bind the motor? Does it alarm when empty? Love it or it's OK but...?
This would be an awesome addition to my new tank I’m putting together. Love your videos they always answer any question I ever have regarding a product. Lawrence/Larry Dickey
Hello! I want to buy this product! Please tell me what is the maximum watter input for this filter! I want to know how many liters/hour can I pass thrue this filter! If I pass all my return watter from aquarium to the sump (5000 liters/hour) is it ok? Or I need to put an pump with lower debit? Wich is the maximum debit that can pass thrue this filter? Please reply! Thank you!
MAGUS. Not "Magnus". Especially if you're going to sell it and make presentation videos, get it right! Its like nails on a chalk board, and you said it 137 times. LOL
would like to see this installed, and I am talking about installing it on a 500 dollar sump that most people don't have. Installing it in a 20 or a 29 gallon aquarium would be cool.
I have one for my tank and I love it. Only issue I’m having is excessive bubbles entering through the clear water inlet tube inside the unit causing a bubbling sound. I had to drill a small hole on top of the tube to have the air release. Helped lower the noise but some noise still there.
Would love to try this, seems like a lot more simpler version of the other major one on the market. Keep it simple simon and things last and work better in the long run.
