I’ve watched several videos on soap bubble photography. I tried it out and it was quite amazing. The colorful patterns you show are typical of what I obtained. I experimented with different reflectors and lighting setups to get a full reflection of the bubble. The mixture I am using is 1 pint of water, 2 tablespoons of Dawn dishwashing liquid and 2 tablespoons of glycerin. My bubbles last 2-4 minutes created on a plastic lid about 4 inches in diameter. I’m doing still photography using a 180 mm macro lens at f/32, 1/160 sec, ISO 100, a studio light head with a small soft box, shooting through a diffuser. Be careful, this is rather addictive; I’ve shot over 700 images in the past week and have gotten my granddaughter “hooked.”

Hola AlamGir!! Thank you very much for sharing this video in addition to the technique to take the photographs, I really liked your way of explaining because of your tone of voice that made me relax. Very nice photos and now I have learned to improve this technique. Congratulations!!!

You just made soap bubbles into a religious experience. Well done sir! As I've played with this I notice that with the softbox so close to the subject the bubble picks up any textures, wrinkles, etc in the softbox fabric. Have you noticed this too?

Might be interesting to introduce smoke into the bubble or perhaps add a drop of food colouring to the solution.

Thank you so much sir for this helpful tutorial. But one question: Why did you increase the iso level so much. You've lots of light source you can click such better pictures in the lowest amount of iso as well. But after all of these this is really amazing to see a beautiful homemade planet 😃👍🏻
@Waqarabbas10
@Waqarabbas10 3 года назад
@@alamgirvisuals I think your camera needs more light that's why you've increased the amount of ISO right? That soft light wasn't enough for clicking photos na?
