Man Buc-ee's is an experience all to itself. I didn't know how crazy it is until I experienced it. Its like parts of a mall in a compact form with everything you can imagine and some of the wildest bathrooms you have ever seen and about 300 gas pumps in a row as big as an airport. All it really needs is a movie theatre and it would be done.
Try the jerky counter at Buc-ee's next time. They have more flavors and seems to be fresher tasting than the bags. The peppered and the turkey jerky are a few of my favorites.
If you ever go to Alberta (and you should), get our homemade jerky from any of our local butchers, you'll never forget it. If you need on in specific, get some MeatCo Wainwright jerky.
The ghost pepper jerky is the only jerky I’ll buy over the counter there. Stuff is addictive and the heat is cumulative! I’ll eat 1/4lb at a sitting then squirt it out 6 hours later at a different sitting!! 😂 Your butt lips won’t like it either. It’s hot twice! 🥴
They have a counter of beef jerky that is not package! They will let you have samples! They also sell it, so if you don't want to prepackaged stuff you can buy it!
Ghost pepper is 800,000 to 1.2 million Scoville it was deemed the hottest pepper until it was replaced with pepper x which is 2.693 million Scoville! These peppers are made by Ed Curry the king of hot peppers!
There’s a gas station right before you hit Eagleville that has the best damn jerky in Tennessee from a store. It looks to be homemade. It’s that nice thin , dry jerky with some damn good seasoning on it. It’s like a crushed cayenne pepper / salty jerky. Bit pricey but I drive 20 minutes just to grab a bag of it because I love it so much. Here’s their address. I can almost guarantee it’ll be your new favorite. SANDY'S MARKET, 1530 Hwy 41A S, Eagleville, TN 37060
@@samwayne5765 nope. Just a guy that happened to stop there one day on my way back from chemo in Nashville since i24 had a wreck with long delays. Plus I used to work at the welding shop down the road from it and we got breakfast from there morning. Pretty sure it’s owned by people from India
