I completed 3 months today! This is the best thing I'v ever did. I just did it once every night. You can't believe the model cut face I got. Plus my skin got so much better. I'm really thankful to @Masumi and to my 3 month past self😍💝👏👏

this works !! I did the exercises for a week and I stopped doing them bc I thought there weren't any changes but my aunt saw me yesterday and said my face looked slimmer. I'm starting again day 1: 🖤

been doing this for 9 days now, i noticed a difference already in my jawline and a bit w my buccal fat, but that's understandable since my buccal fat is really my problem. I'm happy though by noticing the changes, tysm!! will continue doing this for 2 months:) ps: i do this every night with additional 2 videos of face exercises too, so i do 3 videos in total every night

I'm gonna try it for 30 days twice. I have diamond or heart shape face but my chubby cheeks make it look round. Day 1 ✅ it gave face lift and feeling good
hii!!! im gonna update for a week. Day 1-No major difference except the swelling on my face reduced. Day 2-my face looks good no excessive swelling Day 3-my face looks slim ngl but its still a minor difference
Yeah same, I got my braces at a very young age and kept them for 2 years, that made my double chin and buccal fat stand out a lot. I didn't really care at the time but now that I found out I'm having braces again I want to lose as much as buccal fat as I can because I think it'd be really painful if I tried this with braces lol-

Hi masumi....today ly i have completed ur excersise I did it for one month cheek lifting jawline sagging cheek,noseable fold excercises I can see slight difference in my Jaw but buckle fat didn't reduced.....so I'm searching your old videos.....thank God ,God hears my prayer......june 3rd I start watching ur videos that day itself I am doing ur excersise....I didn't doing this first excersise hardly......I'm doing lightly that's y I can't find the result.....here after I will do it hard and tight.....when I see the result I will update.....lots of love from India
