Buckethead - Pike 268 - Sonar Rainbow 

I know. When I tell people about how many albums Buckethead has (before and after the Pike Series), they look like they don't believe me lol. They always ask "how long are the albums?", and when I say "30 min", they look even more confused lol..

@@camgood4277 when I say 30mins they respond "well that's why " or sumthin stupid like that or " then that ain't a real album" as if they're tryn to say well then he doesn't have that many songs..so I respond with " I cud listen to his music 24hours a day for like 8days straight without having to pause it once and not here a single song repeat"

@@bubblehead1423 And 30 minutes isn’t really a short album anyway. That comes out to 7 songs averaging about 4min 20sec per song, or 8 songs averaging about 3min 40sec per song (of course, Buckethead’s are more like 4 songs at 7min+ each). That’s nearly as long or even longer than a lot of cheesy pop albums on the music market today.

When i listen to buckethead the thing i listen to the most is the Lead Guitar and the combination of riffing and melodies

Reminds me of Celery, almost a whole pike with a same backing track, depending on my mood I have to skip it sometimes, Venomous Fog has all the ingredients of variety that makes a brilliant track, and Debris is a short but very original surprise. The 2nd track is not a style I really appreciate straight away, but who knows how I will think about it in a few month, Buckethead manages regularly to change my mind.

Poor guy needs a drummer.
