One of the most powerful meaningful albums ever. I’m 64 and have seen just about every guitar hero. Seeing Buckethead from 3 feet away was life changing! Nothing like him, Jimi said, let me start this shit off. Buckethead said “hold my beer”
I think this is one of the best songs ever made, not just by Buckethead but ever, in the world, by anyone. How can an instrumental mostly in 4/4 time for almost 30 minutes get better and better until it’s over? And then it doesn’t even end, it fades out. Like he had so much more but felt it was time to.. just let it fade away.
Listening it now for maybe the 15th time: the very final riff hit me as "stable", conclusive. Like a dot at the end of an agony of grief. I hope creating this masterpiece helped Bucket find at least some closure after his loss.

Im on a constant loop from Pike 1 to Pike 275 and always look forward to this masterpiece , the 2 seconds at 17:11 have the most emotion of any guitar piece ive heard Bucket head or not ! Just brilliant
