I don't see Chon here. This is way more jazz-fusion-ish than both PLINI and CHON. Like someone said, the keyboard is very reminescent of Jordan Rudess stuff.

You guys are gonna blow up INSANELY fast, this is by far the most musically advanced melodic metal album that isn't over-technical and weird. It has the same intelligent technical vibe of Animals as Leaders but has the dreamy melodic vibes of Plini and Liquid Tension Experiment, Seriously it won't be long before you guys are touring with AAL, Chon, Plini, Intervals and bands like that.

Saw the drummer on Meinl Cymbal's channel. Very solid, but the music caught my attention too. Came here. Totally not disappointed. In 6 hours time I'm leaving for a 15 hour drive, I think I know who's going to keep me company.

This album was a very nice surprise for me, but I will confess that there two minor stuffs: There are some VERY HEAVY influence, almost too much from Pliniowane/nuprogmetal, whatever you call it. And the keyboard seem to occupy a lot of the frequencies, I don't know if this was on purpose, sound design choice or whatever, just sound too techno/Electronic for me sometime. Sorry for the criticism, other than these two specific rants, I think this album is special and a huge debut. Congrats ArchEcho, enjoyed much!

I don't know if I'd have even noticed if I hadn't read this comment but you're right about the keys. Particularly in the heavier breakdown style sections they are just doing too much and taking away from the dynamic of the breakdowns themselves. The keys certainly are a welcome addition especially in some of the Dream Theater-y unison and back-and-forth style solos but too much makes them sound a little bit forced. You're also right about the heavy influence but I think that's inescapable these days and can appreciate that they've done their homework. I will probably listen to this one at least a few more times :)

Este Álbum es la perfección en estado puro... Me eh quedado sin palabras, esto es increíble, realmente nunca pensé que encontraría una banda que tuviera un estilo tan similar a mis gustos tonales en la música. La variación de tonos que utilizáis es maravillosa, esos cambios entre semitonos me ponen la piel de gallina.
