It is awesome that you guys are a deer hunting team. Scouting, filming, helping each other retrieve their animals. Creating great memories and friendships for life.
Jake forgot he was deer hunting.. " gonna watch em bed down and get em roosted" . LOL Looks like they found them, can't wait for the next video, Let's Hunt!!
Hey guys! Newbie hunter here. Started hunting in 2017. I have 2 RU-vid channels i love to watch. Thats hunting public and deer society!!! This channel is my favorite though because you guys hunt the only way I'm able to right now lol. It gives me hope that just because I don't have a stand thats been up since spring and trail camera pictures telling me exact times deer are in, that I CAN in fact walk out, scout, plan, and possibly get a deer!!!!! HOWEVER..... you guys make it look way hella easier than it is 😂😂😅😅😅 boys....im not a small woman...and I've been plowing 230 pounds of pure woman through miles of woods. Sticks in my hair scratches on my face from trees, burning thighs. Wet feet (my boots suck) walking quiet slow and wide eyed for hours....and man.....I cant even find deer poop or trails 😅😅😅🤣 I still love watching you guys smoke em though! I can feel the suspense and I also get excited when you guys make the shot!!! No better feeling in the world!!!! On another note, fingers crossed for me? Wish me much luck lol drop some advice??? OR if you're bored and want a new challenge. Take pity on me and bring me hunting with you and show me how to do get it done 😂😂😂 lol jk ♡♡♡ but really....please keep doing what you're doing, you're truly Inspirational and a huge educational resource to new hunters such as myself and the hunters who don't want to admit that there is always something to learn because they know it all 😉😉❤❤ keep em comin!!!!! 😊
A whitetail hunting a whitetail. lol ... Oh I have forgotten a belt or piece of clothing a time or two and many of my pants are a couple sizes too big on me, especially now that I have lost 15 lbs. Pretty cool to see the other 1/3 of the opening day story to go along with Ted putting down a really nice opening day buck and Aaron being stuck in a tree since he was surrounded by deer. Definitely looking forward to the next episode and that monster Iowa buck. Props on picking up some public land trash too by the way.
Hunting Public is still true to the original intent. While they seem to finally have reasonable transportation instead of ole beaters, they still clearly have minimal sponsors and are really getting into those hard to reach places. Watching them stalk a deer on the ground is exciting. Wish our public land was similar terrain.
Man i really hope jake gets that hammer of a buck!! If u know from a podcast dont comment.. I like being suprised from the videos cause i watch em no matter what.
Next episode is gonna be sick. I Love Deer Tour Season. The boys are making the right moves so far in an epic manner. This is Beast Hunting in the truest sense and they are just running with it. So stoked for you guys🔥
I was thinking the same thing I love these guys but what’s with the pants poor Ted and his ripped up fatigues and Jake with a pair that’s 4 sizes too big, come on fellas you can get a pair for less than $20 bones at walmart 😂
5:04 "you can see where a big one out his foot right there".....here in south Carolina we call that a deer track..... not to sure about you northern guys.... just messing with you guys!
Man me too. Me and my daddy are in a small lease with a few others but pretty much on my own with my style of hunting long and hard on public they all think im crazy. Especially my passion for turkeys. Kinda sad when I see it in writing lol
@@jag3318 yea the guys I hunt with are old timers and they don't have the will or want to try it. The few younger buddies are so hit or miss we rarely hunt together.
John Dyer you see many deer down there? I hunted piney creek wilderness late season last year and didn’t see a single deer. Come north a couple hours and the deer get thicc
mikeyd Piney Creek is farther East. I hunt Lawrence, and Dade counties during bow season. Opening weekend of rifle season we camp and hunt Mark Twain forest in Wright County. That is a little closer to Piney Creek, and some years we see a bit and other years nothing. In Lawrence County there are more and bigger deer. It gets better the farther west and north you go because of the ag fields. Also places like piney creek get hunted hard and the deer are nocturnal by late season. I have never hunted that area, but late season farther west you find where the food is and catch them when the temps drop.
John Dyer I mostly hunt the public up near Truman lake and for rifle season up near the Iowa border on private. Thought it’d be fun to camp/hunt down there in the Mark Twain until it rained the whole time and stayed in the 30’s and I saw zero deer lol.
No doubt Zach is a great hunter but if he can pull this style of hunting off In pa and be successful then bear just might have to come out with a bow named after him
Curious. Why do you guys not wear your first lite hunting clothes whitetail hunting in the Midwest and only wear them out west hunting? Just because of the color patterns or just preference?
Yeah buddy can’t wait for the next video and you could of trim the zip tie stay classy lol what’s the thing with blue jays y’all always talk about what they are doing?
Anybody got an update on when the camo sweatshirts will be restocked?😂 Bought a 1/4 zip to have something by huntin season but it was stolen and huntin season opens Thursday here and I’m back to square one
We dont have wolves in iowa..I understand they hunt alot of different states and maybe that's your question for when they hunt out of state but this video was in iowa and we don't have wolves here. We got coyotes but no wolves
What’s the point of trudging through there scaring everything. Who cares where they’re bedding. You found tracks where they are, a big one at that. Go get a stand and setup on him.
