WHAT you MUST wash them - especially here in Russia. All of these pre-packaged shrooms come with worms all over them.

That is called food with love....Bacteria and jerms are good for you....that s one of the biggest problems of modern times...people are so clinical and that s how they lose their immunity for diseases.

Please don't believe in myths, whilst you are correct about being too clean, we need certain germs to strength our immunity.
