Bhai sab answer my query Im 2015 i bought a plot in DHA phase 4 Rawalpindi for 7000000 size 50×90(kanal) including everything and on that time gold price was 49500 per tola. You can compare the prices with today difference so im in loss off 8000000. So in my experience buying a gold is always better than plots. You can sell gold anytime but plots will fluctuate too much. Anyone can do little math and work out himself which is good. Many thanks

Your forecast is like tomorrow we are going to see a big inflow and people will go mad...I went to dha estate agent offices few days and weeks ago, it's complete silence. Overseas Pakistani are not investing and Estate agents are in real trouble. Also, fbr is going to impose so many taxes so if plots and house prices going to go up how come you will see huge increase in construction....the answer is NO

Your prediction is qualified. But there are lot of factors which causes more or less fluctuations in Pak currency or Gold rate. For example: In the month of August Hindus celebrate marriages so Gold prices are high in July and August. IMF will pressuring more and more in coming months So I think Dollar will cross 300 in the end of 2024.
