What would be a good substitute for the multimount mic? DefenseDistributors doesn't ship to my country and I can't seem to find any other hands free mic option.

I am getting feedback in my Howard leights ear pro when I key my mic on my beofeng .. even without any of this hooked up. A high pitched ring when I key the radio . Anybody have any experience with this??
