video lesson: it's not always about how much money we spend; it's about making thoughtful choices (financial aspect and personal goals) and taking care of ourselves💚
Here is the Gospel (or, Good News): God says that we are sinners and that no amount of good works or behavioral changes on our part could ever make us holy enough to enter into Heaven. God sent His only begotten Son to be crucified on the cross to pay for our sins. Jesus paid a debt that He did not owe, because we owed a debt of sin that we could not pay. 2nd Corinthians 5:21, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Jesus paid for our sins by dying on the cross for us all. His dead body was buried in a grave. On the third day, Jesus raised up bodily from the dead. The instant you believe this, God knows it and He saves you. John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” The free gift (Romans 5:15) is based solely upon your trust in what Jesus did for you, and has absolutely nothing to do with what you do for Him. Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” It is that simple my friend to be saved.
😂 I'm not sure why everyone gets so triggered by that, there's definitely some things that have been carried over from the past that don't fit in much these days.. ex: the stigma of Journaling being a feminine thing. homophobia, (it's 2023 bro, touch grass lol) hyper independence, (it's okay to ask for help sometimes, but don't take advantage of it) I can partially understand where the term "toxic masculinity" gets a bad stigma, but it very much is real and sorta counterproductive to building and maintaining relationships and health in this generation.
imagine watching the whole video and that term is what stood out the most... I have a hard time believing you've had a girlfriend in the past 2 years. toxic masculinity is a thing, but that does not make masculinity toxic. ex: some men view Journaling as a feminine quality. some men view reading as a weak hobby some men think that learning about your emotions is a bad thing, but personally I've never met a female that wasn't impressed that I was able to label and control my emotions because I finally understood them..
