Can someone congratulate me I can't believe my account rose from 0 to 70k in 4months after listening to king'ori my vision changed thanks for this channel, enlightenment love with young age is number one motivation to poverty 😅😅am glad I realised
the las time i watched Dr Kingori's Show niliwacha akiwa na comedy mingi sana i didnt know one day he will host such a Big Mind like this in his show. Wapi likes za Dr King.
This kind of interview should reach the president. Dr.Wachira should make a good finance minister. Kenya is losing on good brains that could help our economy.
This is what I lacked in my youth: I am 49 now and my income is satisfying. However, I wish someone had offered me this advice 20-25 years ago. Yes, I was blinded by love. If I could turn back time, I would choose to get married between the ages of 30 and 35. Thank you, Dr. Wachira, I have shared this link with my sons.
I wondered how long it would take for dr kings to start his own show and give us some quality content like this where Ntv is not limiting our time. This is gonna be one of the biggest channels in Kenya. Thumbs up bro
i have listened to make money advisers for the past 14 years and this is different one. He is quite in touch with reality and how different categories of people have different capacities and how each can walk the path to financial freedom.
Maybe God will elevate Dr. Wachira if he is interested, to be our next President in Kenya and certainly the youngest President in Africa, beating the Senegalese President. Your humanity and sound grip on economy is just what this country needs. Kenyans are just desperate for such sound, wise, witty minds, and selfless leadership.
Unlike others who bully you into beleiving that only what they believe can make you a millionaire works, Dr Wachira is indeed a very different one. Gives you different dynamics that could work in people's different capacities.
This is the best show in the whole of Africa. I discovered Dr. King'ori's The Wicked Edition long shows, nasema past 1 hours is the real bet. Since I discovered his long shows from the interview with Gor Semelang'o I have been learning Technical skills for investing and analyzing economics, investment, finance, business knowledge and business development. Kudos Dr. King'ori's engineering endeavors. Viva 🙌 🙌
Wah Sacco! This reminds me the gakuo sacco .we were introduced in one of the radio by then was in boston. The two ladies the host and guest who had visited there. Wacha tuu. Anyway somethings should be put away from mind. We are getting back all what the locusts has earten. Gonna be back!
Waw, these are the best lessons we can all learn from him about budgeting, thankyou so much for organizing this. I first saw Dr. Wachira on Daring abroad NTV, he is an amazing person
Dr kingori asking him smart questions and Dr Wachira is financially intelligent explaining about money and the way I didn't know that he knows much more about finances
Using your example, the vicious circle/catch-22 for the watchman is: in Nairobi he can get a homestead to pay him KES 14,000, and there's opportunities in Nairobi for his job because crime rates are high. In Nyahururu being that cost of living is much cheaper, his income is also likely to significantly decrease, and opportunities are scarce. Not many homes in Nyahururu need guards because of the nature of rural settings- most homes are secure and crime rates are low. And the ones that do hire security, will certainly not pay a security guard Nairobi rates of 14K. Maybe 8-10KES.
It took him 33 years to become a millionaire. Many people think when you have 1m of any currency you become a millionaire… nope!! A millionaire is someone with 100m ksh. That’s what took him that long… weuh am on my way there… God speed!!! Insightful
Very insightful I should have listened to this many years ago when I started working. The formula might work but raise the expenses to 60 coz of school fees, medical bills, support for relatives and the rest.
This is very good @dr King'ori.. Lakini kwa ground hizo percentages ku add up ni very tricky, If you are working a 8-5job lazima kuna lunch apo kuna the fares which are very inconsistent ... Azn its just very difficult to save as kenyan Boychild esp if you are not coming from a well up family because in one way or another you still need to help your family... Saving 6k from a 30k Salary my guy, Its close to impossible.
Start cooking a little extra and carrying your meals to work, eliminate that daily lunch cost. The trick with fares is two-fold - live as close as you can to your workplace, and / or live in a place where you are traveling against traffic. Can't save 6K out of 30K? Start with the much you can save and go from there. Saving 20% of 30K is hard, but having 0 savings and making 0 financial progress in your life is also hard. Choose your hard, then go from there.
Dr Wachira this is a great conversation. How do we help the child in kindergarten, primary and secondary to be financial literate before they go to collages and eventually into adult life. Very good conversation.
Let me tell you if there are people who know 110% of what wachira is saying,is mamambogas and as juakali guys...Office guy just survive on salaries and loans and most of then on corrupt deals kwa gava na maparastatals
This are the people we need in the finance instead of putting people who do not have any idea how finance work coz they come from the preferred tribe.Thats why western countries will always b a head when they find something in you they give u opportunity.
Great insights here. In the developed world, staff are paid either weekly or biweekly. Here, we pay monthly. What is the advantage of weekly or biweekly pay cycle?
And I also love love the analogies and the stories behind everything. Mostly on marriage and security. Thank you Dr King'ori for doing big things for the common mwananchi❤♥thank you pia kwa Dr David Wachira, makofi.
