I don't understand how the tution fee of this could be $ 52,000 (for 4 years) as according to it's official website it's tution fee is $ 49,550 (annually) ?

pace is not great according to the senior and local people. Most of the students are there because they didn’t got into NYU but really wanted to go into a college in New york city .Its a completely transactional experience, you give money and you receive piece of paper. Lemme tell you , students are dumb asf there
