I think the 98’s with the bubble eye tail lights were the ones with no lsd

You can also tell by looking for the hump on the transmission where the driver's side axle goes in. The LSD also has a relatively large axle seal in comparison to the axle diameter.

Yes I'm finding out the aftermarket for these cars are few and far between but when you do find parts they are awesome.
