Accountability is always important. I think this time of year is always hard to get back into it. It seems like Xmas time things get a loose so need to reign in my spending again

Tax time I use to be excited...but now, not so much😒. Being single with a pup (that has better insurance than me🙄), I also work for a hospital and hard pizza and stale donuts aren't cutting it😐 I just get ready for my payment plan because I want ALL of my money during the year

Yesss. We need to start taking our hard earned money BACK IN OUR POCKETS and stop giving the government a free loan! We need our money in real time not next yr. 👏🏻time out to your HR team to get help to fill out the w4 for 2024!

That was as a humbling experience. It was 2% increase 😬 definitely not covering inflation. I got confirmation that my position never gets bonuses either. So I am utilizing the companies resources to get tuition reimbursement to make myself more valuable to start negotiating layer this year. To hey a bigger increase next year. The catch for using company tuition reimbursement is for ever year of tuition you owe the company a year is service or you pay it back unless they let you go.
