Great planning. I don't even budget eating out. I keep that with the groceries in hopes that I make smart food choices.

Girl, let me tell you eating out will kill your budget unless you use apps and you’ve got reward points and things that nature I know you know this and we’ve struggled with it a little bit here and there as well because sometimes it’s just so much damn easier to either get takeout through a drive-through or throw something frozen Into an air fryer! We’re working on our food budget here as well at the house and I am just floored at the prices of food at the store right now because I have three teenage children that I feed on a daily basis! I know you’re kind of regretting that raising your food budget since you are additional thing such as household supplies and also pet food Budget is definitely realistic! I just went to Costco picked up two rotisserie chickens at five dollars apiece then I walked over to the dog food area and got one of my Chihuahuas her specialty food because she’s grain free. Luckily the bag was only $21 which is greatly priced less than it is on Chewy or anywhere else. My daughter showed me this tonight! This should last us several months cause I believe it’s like 20 pounds or something of dog food. I also picked up a meatloaf and mashed potato meal of 4 pounds that was $17.99! Given the price of ground beef I don’t feel like it’s too bad of a deal but damn convenient food sometimes can also run you an arm and a leg! I think that you’re doing well. Keep up with the great work you’re doing amazing. stay on track get away from those fast food joints and if you can just throw some hotdogs and hamburgers on a grill and some chicken put them all in a throwaway pan that people can eat from them for the next couple of days that I’ll save you a ton of money people can just warm up a hotdog or hamburger or barbecue chicken Throw some sides with it that we normally have for some sides that family likes and call it a day. So much cheaper to get even frozen food at the store than it is going through a drive-through or delivery! 13:04 13:07
