I think Buffalo's WR room is going to surprise a lot of Bills fans, this season. And never underestimate Allen's ability to elevate the play of those around him. I see a dangerous pass attack developing this year as the chemistry grows. Go 🦬!!!
I can’t be the only one thinking his routes look crispier than anyone said pre draft. Considering his age and development since last year at FSU, he has an incredibly high ceiling in this offense.
@@313Martin never did I say anything along those lines… merely stating that people are already projecting him to be the next QJ which just doesn’t seem fair at all after watching a few minutes of tape.
@@313MartinBills fan and a FSU alum. I watched every snap Keon took. His route running is very crisp. And great hands. Really watch him before you say what he can’t be.
Honestly we have a better WR room than last year. The bills tryna do what the chiefs have. No real #1 receiver, you never know who gonna get the ball and I love it.
@@GLA45Amg716 He's in the NFL now, so they'll be working on improving his separation skills. Buffalo has a good track record with player development, so I imagine they'll squeeze every ounce of talent out of the kid, and the kid seems to sweat talent, so that should work out well... Otherwise it may be "glorified TE" time for Keon... 🤣
@@seanguitarman5594 True, the good track record with player development is what we must hang our hats on. But I'll probably continue to hate the Diggs move until/unless I see a winning record at midseason.
Josh and Coleman already working on that timing and chemistry, love to hear Josh coaching him a little bit telling him to trust the timing and speed of the ball on that curl route
This is a beautiful short.Josh was spinning the rock! All receivers look good...I made a mistake when they did not get the "4.2 guy. I shit all over the front office. These receivers from what little I saw look good, running threw the catch headed for the goal line. That's why I was so mad. Jerry Rice ran a 4.6,4.7 at his combine day. On film did you ever see Jerry Rice get caught from behind? Football, Pads, Game Day, FOOTBALL SPEED DIFFERENT FROM COMBINE DAY. GO BILLS!
Okay we lost our wr room and gained a full wr room full of vets and young bucks. This is going to be an exciting season and Josh Allen has so many opportunities
IKR, we went from: Where the hell did all our receivers go??? To: What the hell, ...where did all these receivers come from??? Lol. I'm down with it. The turnaround had to happen at some point, and they went about it terrifically well, especially considering the lack of resources, managing a small rebuild while still remaining competitive. Awesome work... Great job Beane and Co.!!!
It looks like he's in on the program. If dude can maintain a healthy attitude, I'd be proud to have him as a Buffalo Bill! Certainly adds a healthy target to the passing attack, if he makes the final cut. I know he "can" do it, so hopefully he pans out. I just can't believe we went from being near receiver-less, ...to possibly not having enough room to roster a potential superstar! Crazy turnaround there, ...lotta credit to Beane and Co. on that one.
@@solace4114 This is true. The man does tend to elevate those around him. He has some extra work in store for himself this year, though. It will be great watching him tearing up the league with what many consider a subpar WR room. We'll see just how "subpar" it is by midseason, ...my bet is he's at the top of the league in passing. You know, ...like every other year he's played, lol
Man...honestly...when I look at these names outside of the obvious top 4 you got MVS, Claypool, Shorter, Hamler, Isabella and even Shavers...it just makes me sad to think all but 1 or 2 of those guys will not be on the team. There is so much untapped talent in this group...
I feel like Josh is showing him that he has to EARN his own personal handshake. Every other player has a different handshake with Josh. But if you notice he only gives Coleman a plain handshake.
It is the rookie debut. They haven't had time to come up with one. Even the new guys who are FA signings have been in the building and that is why they have a handshake even though they've never caught a live pass from him.
I'm a big Chiefs fan and ppl what's like oh why they trade the pick I honestly think he's gonna be better then worthy I was like they gonna go get Coleman and sure enough they did the bills knew what they was doing I didn't think it was a big deal .
I think Josh is purposely giving Coleman a “basic handshake” to see how he reacts to not being the center of attention. Gotta break em down to build em up. 💯
Dude stop it ur putting to much thought into it.. he’s a rookie he just got there.. it comes with time u think they come up with a handshake the first day
While we're on the subject, ....I was absolutely amazed with how many different personalized handshakes Josh can memory bank. Can only assume that it translates well, considering his football IQ...? 🤷♂🤣🤣
@@walkermusicandother3374 You know who else just got there? Chase Claypool & Marquez Valdez-Scandling yet they both have their own handshakes. Trust me, it’s on purpose. Josh is hard on rookies. When Kair Elam was a rookie, it took until pre-season for Josh to finally call him by his first name instead of “stupid rookie” Josh even admitted that himself lol
@@theofficialgreenkane9645 sounds like ego to me.. who cares about a secret handshake or validation from them anyway 😂Josh Allen ain’t nobody different or special
@@walkermusicandother3374 That’s sports for ya. Hazing without hazing. Earning your name. Earning your handshake. Cowboys used to make their rookies earn the right to wear the star on their helmet. They would issue the rookies blank helmets until mid-August.
Buffalo could be a better team than last year. Relying on the run game and the tight end position a little more for help. They have deep targets and the experience to make a chance at a run to the playoffs.
I always liked clay pool game no matter what . You just don’t coming in the ngl balling like he did . I think it was just a mental thing with him you can tell. Hope he have a resurgence on the bills
The bills in my opinion should roll out Coleman Samuel and Shakir as the 3 starters. I think that would be the best bet to consistently pick up first downs and score when close.
Buffalo really can't lose no matter how they line up. That said, I bet they go: Shakir WR1, Samuel slot, Coleman opposite boundary, ...with Mack and MVS as WR4 and WR5. Eventually I see Coleman sliding to true WR1, Samuel slot, and Shakir as opposite boundary. I think Hollins and Samuel are in for career years this season, with Shakir, Cook, and Kincaid as well. Can't wait for all the highlights to come rolling in... Josh elevates, Go 🦬!!!
Kincaid woulda outperformed LaPorta if he'd stayed healthy, AND we actually used him at the start of the season. This year LaPorta has no chance. Well, maybe a small chance, but, ...this is Kincaid's league now, move over!!!
7:50 We settle it once and for all. The NBA All-Star Game is now all NFL players. The Pro-Bowl is all NBA players. See which game passes the eye test better. My bet is the NFL players playing basketball would look much more athletic than the NBA guys trying to play football. LOL
Someone’s still salty about his football acumen and credibility being in tatters from his post draft declaration that Allen was a bust and we drafted the wrong “Josh”.
