Buffalo Baby Back Ribs are def gonna be a bucket list dish I make one day. Also you are absolutely in the right on the blue cheese. Keep the ranch with the salad
Yeah I LOVE Bleu cheese, especially good bleu cheese... but I get it. Same thing with Truffles/Mushrooms, Caviar, Sushi, Oysters, Cigars, Cognac/beer/wine/whiskey, Coffee, amongst other things I absolutely love... Most of which my wife hates, especially Bleu Cheese, but I get it.. I hate Olives, always have always will.. but I understand acquired tastes so I don't blame those who love them like my wife, brothers, friends.. I might just have to open my pallet further, and try finer ones to begin appreciating the flavor profiles.. but those things are just too nasty to do so imo lol. Olives are just the one thing I can't.
