Nice demonstration video. I liked seeing the salt pattern on the foil. I just found one of these in the trash i had no idea what it was...now i know. Thanks
Does it have a red dot mount? I was thinking of putting a trijicon rmr on it. Don’t want it to heavy. It would be hard to hold at high or low ready with a heavier optic.
There's not really a spot up top for a red dot mount. There are quite a few laser adapters on Amazon that clip onto the barrel: amzn.to/3zjUsev Bug-A-Salt also sells an official one: www.bugasalt.com/products/bug-beam-adapter-kit
So…. How about not killing the critter? After all with such a short life span, and in a sense if you are out on your patio, you ARE in THEIR territory… That’s why this gadget is SO COOL! You can shoot them and NOT KILL THEM as well, just fire a little further away.. I have a certain range of distance where they are stunned( wouldn’t you be too!) but can recuperate in about 10 seconds allowing you to scoop them up gently and release them over the wall, or in a pending box, to be released later… The most important thing is indoors with mosquitoes… you swat them or hit them with a towel and? They are dead, but you have a blood stain in the wall… this thing leaves no traces… you hit the mosquitoes from a distance and it does not explode the mosquito, and the salt leaves no traces… so severely stunned you kick the mosquitoes outside or down the drain…
