"Bug-ingham Palace": Kate admires children's royal insect home

The Duchess of Cambridge has said she has "fond memories" of being outdoors as a child and is passing that passion on to her own children. Kate was visiting Robin Hood Primary School in south-west London to see its work with the Royal Horticultural Society's (RHS) campaign for school gardening. The duchess spoke to children and joined in with children taking part in outdoor activities and laughed when she was shown a home for insects called "Bug-ingham Palace".

How sweet, thoroughly adorable. HRH Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine thrilled those pupils with her presence, HRH seems a little shy but communicates well enough with children, i'm sure they all adore her thoroughly. Just a passing thought, they have butterflies for release, they can be bought and packaged then released at special occasions, children present at weddings, anniversaries, a summer party would be overjoyed to see such a splendid show of butterfly releases , this is also very good for the environment too, as well as a thrill of events.

I think with Meghan it's a blessing for Kate. She'll have more rests while pregnant. She can spend more time with kids while Meghan take public speaking. or they could team up! I want to see Kate and Meghan be sisters and work together ❤

I feel for her; I'm not a natural public speaker either, although she was sweet with the children. Meghan's going to blow her out the water with that kind of thing but she is an actress after all.

I was a bit taken back when during the engagement interview Meghan said something to the fact that being American, she didn't know anything about Harry. Was she living under a rock? If he weren't who he is I wonder if she would be so anxious to marry him.

I think she meant she didn't know anything about him personally, which would be correct. We know bits and pieces of Harry's life, but you don't really know him. She seemed to be extremely nervous while talking; it looked like she was thinking about her words faster than she could articulate them.

@KandyKandy I don't think you can speak for everyone in Britain.... Meghan doesn't seem fake. She's a confident woman and there is nothing wrong with that. I personally love both Kate and Meghan. They are just different.
