I have a 2016 traverse with the odometer display fading in sunlight. I am currently toggling it by laying some tape on the sensor and as long as it's cloudy and no direct sunlight it won't fade.

Would the 2008 Outlook have the same led chip cluster lighting? Or would there be a replaceable bulb?

Dear congratulations on the video. I have a Chevy traverse LT 3.6 year 2009, buco help for solving the backlight of the dashboard, with daylight the gear position indicator, the speedometer and clocks can be seen without problems (brightness). I appreciate some guidance.

I have a similar issue. I have the same model. Just a 2011 version. The cluster is the exact same model as the one in this video. My theory is it needs a new capacitor. But I don't see any capacitors on the front. They're either on the back, or my theory is wrong.

Will that cause the temperature gauge to fluctuate but not overheat and wen I turn on the car in the morning it’s says check temperature gauges

Do I have to get colored LED or are they all white and the color comes from within the cluster itself.

At checkout you can select backlighting color of choice.

Are the gauge clusters interchangeable? I want to put an Acadia cluster in my enclave. I hate the mint green and love the red. It's a 2010 if that helps.

They should be but the mileage is programmed into it so it will change with the cluster. You're better off replacing the mint green leds with red.

@@AutomotiveCircuitSolutions was just looking into that. I'm also replacing the engine as I blew the old one. Would I be able to get the odometer reset or is that not possible. I'm looking on your guys' website and I see the repair section for the panel, does something have to be broken in order to send it in or can I just send it to get the leds changed. Thanks for the reply too!

@@starfish7679 odometer needs to match vehicle not engine. You can send it in for led upgrade only.
