If you have completed your "final" paint topcoat and want to then apply clearcoat but you then find that your topcoat may have a slight blemish or two, can you then wet-sand it gently and then apply the clear coat or do you have to re-apply the paint coat before proceeding onto the clearcoat? Thanks.

You can find it in tamiya shop or online Store item tamiya 87029 blunt brush 🙂
