A Heroic Spirit in its true form however, is a entirely different story as they exist on a higher plane of existence. CCC Gilgamesh is not his strongest form, anyone who would claim that never actually read all of fate. He’s a literal plot device designed solely for the purpose of battling end-level threats. If he doesn’t have an ability to counter an enemy, he develops one right there. If Yogiri was put up against him, there’s a chance that things would be different. As of now, there is no exception to Instant Death; literally none. However, when faced with CA Superman, he might become the sole exception right then and there. But again, this is all theoretical and end-level battles are very uncommon and don’t have a specific outcome. As far as I know, no one in the entire anime verse has any ability so versatile as to counter Instant Death. So, you are correct in assuming that he’s “The End” of “Anime World”. Yogir has killed spirts so if he kills someone their spirt will be killed as well. The big problem with fights between characters this powerful is that realistically they would always end in a stalemate. Even with Yogiri's undefeatable nature, against an ontologically complete entity, the best he could do would be to cut his reality off from said entity, via causing the end of its link to reality. Omnipotent entites just end up sealing off their own little bubbles of reality, undefeated but incapable of even interacting with any other beings of the same power.
