Interesting build. However I have 2 comments to make working easier clamp or bolt your vice to the bench, and most importantly put the guard back on the angle grinder before you use it again.

Làm mất ít nhất 4 giờ dùng chỉ 1 giờ là hư hỏng vì làm mà độ chính xác không có chỉ nên dùng làm đồ dùng giảng dậy cho học sinh nhưng lại dạy cho học sinh tính cẩu thả không cần biết vật liệu sắt thép gì làm cơ khí mà dung sai thua thợ hồ nữa

Can't you just "shrink" a real car differential down to motorcycle size and strenght and 3D print it? They have miniaturized a real jet engine to RC size, a differential should be easy, right?

Bery nice idea,I am making my ,I will be using a tube sorraund the gears ,to fill with oil,and way less wellding ,but you are my gide thanks a lot budy.also I am using 80cc motor gear atachments,and elecctric skate board spacers where the screws are but thanks you got the brains.

@@manitoumimi no problem -I've had to rethink the term - aha! - THREADED rod. zway we speke ( zwaywe ) speke over here. "Alice down the looking glass" - look it up on youube.... Threaded rod - does that mean it has a needle and thread worked over it, or something to do with sewing? and soon the conversation can go. Lovely language: English, innit?

I always thought welding close to a bearing would ruin it because of the intense heat transfer....

Yes, it usually does, if its not kept really cool. I dont think this example was kept cool.

What kind of solution could solve the heat problem in a homemade project like this? Lubrication is not enough for low rpm application?

Yes it will. But sometimes in a project like this a lot of compromises have to be made due to limited resources with the scope of the project being an experiment. A good example was Henry Fords crude "kitchen sink" engine which was made from plumbing pipe. It inspired him to become one of the greatest industrialists of all time.
