I am looking for a way to integrate data verse tables and JIRA. If you start creating a ticket in JIRA, all the other fields would populate based on a single field. I.e. you input a serial number and other fields like model, manufacturer fills out in JIRA automatically, all based on values from data verse tables. Reason is I'm building a CRM in data verse tables so I was looking to use that data for creating JIRA tickets.

Great video, but does this method work with on-prem jira? I tried using basic authentication and it doesn’t work.

Hi Keshin, Sure, the URL is just the URL to your Jira environment extended with "/rest/api/2/search?jql=issuetype=Feature". So, if you have created an environment named keshin and you access your environment by going to ".atlassian.net". Then the URL would be "keshin.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/search?jql=issuetype=Feature" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-l0XvNArK3fs.html
