I bow to your mastery of simplicity and industriousness. Not having all that equipment and liking lightweight stuff, I have to stick to primarily composites. It's amazing what you can do with combinations of foam, plywood, glue or resin, and fiberglass.

Man, I wish I had half the random crap you've got laying around. You really should make some sort of fume extraction for when you weld because that galvanized steel puts off some nasty stuff when you weld on it.
My dad said if you can bend the metal pipe on someone's head. Then it would not do too build an axle! My dad had a wicked sense of humor. Now we built a bicycle from old plumbing pipes from a house being demolished.

even with the fully supplied shop and all the equipment he cant even figure out that the steering axle is installed backwards and will result in horrid steering due to the negative ackerman angle from installing the spindle steering arms in front of instead of behind the front axle. not to mention the fact he installed the axle with no caster angle incorporated therefore preventing the steering from self recentering
