Turned out absolutely beautiful, amazing job! It's a crazy thing to think that we can have these home arcades of our own, kid me never would have thought it possible - it's a fantastic way for my little one to have a taste of what it was like playing those behemoths, ha. Enjoy the cab, and maybe add a drink holder 🍻

Absolutely…the cab was the easy part. The software and buttons were frustrating. That’s why it’s taking me so long to make a video about all of it, I’m not really sure where to start and how to lay it out for people to understand
Just watched the entire series. Nice job, great videos! Do you have a video to the system/software you used? Also, i have literally built everything you have built. Garage storage, Synology NAS box, bike rack, tablet picture frame. It's almost as if I have to now build this!
I have a question about the launch and start button with dog links. Say I add enough credits to start a game. Can it light up the start button like a real pin? I’m trying to figure that out. Also, you have an amazing looking cabinet. Well done.
With the way I’m using my controller, no I can’t get the button to flash, I was having issues with the 5v buttons burning out instantly so I had to improvise a power source temporarily. I’ve never gotten back to fixing it. Long answer short, yes it’s possible and I want to do it. I hope to get a video with a walkthrough on it up soon
I was worried about it detracting but to be honest I think it added to the feel. I get almost no glare from inside the cabinet, I do get a reflection off the DMD at some angles but it’s not noticeable during gameplay.
I agree…I have been remodeling our house for the past 3+ months so I haven’t had a ton of time to shoot, edit, and release videos. Hoping to get back to it soon
