Since you are doing this with PONs it would be cool if you could do a video on how people could configure their Unifi gear with a GPON SFP to accept the "internet" signal from the "street" directly into their gateway rather than using a UFiber CPE/ONT device to change between PON fiber and Ethernet copper. I know there are people who bypass their ONTs on Frontier and ATT and other ISPs and many go into UDM devices, so it is possible. A video on configuring the GPON SFP stick to give to customers rather than relying on the Ubiquiti CPE devices would be nice Ubiquiti has one of these with the UFiber Instant module, but this only works with UISP OLT units, meaning some configuration must be hard coded and locked. So doing a video showing both the UFiber Instant and manually configuring other brand PON SFP sticks would be nice since not everyone is necessarily going to use UISP branded equipment for this sort of ISP.
You need a leased line for your uplink, or an agreement (memorandum of agreement) with one or more major telecom companies. Business-grade internet subscriptions may have no-resell clauses in their contracts.
