Build & Battle: the realest build show ever made. Where we pit two professional wrenches against each other in a timed build-off, with limited budgets and basic tools. This season, the crew gets only $9000 to build the fastest drag car possible - with team Vargas choosing a Mazda RX-7 FB (of course) and team Bad Daddy Braddy choosing a Chevy S10... with an LS (of course). This will be an interesting battle...

@John Gilroy I would be fucking embarrassed driving around in a "hacked up build" that I spent 15k for. I bought my HOUSE for 20. My 1960 show car has 10k in it, and that's all dolled up looking pretty. If you think a hack job is worth more then 10k, I've got some shit in my garage that I'd love to sell to you for twice its value.

Hoonigan Project Cars you could try to use a system like Driftshifters have, a points system based on proximity to certain objects/walls. It would probably be a bit of a pain to get working at first but you could eliminate the need for judges that way

Hoonigan Project Cars I guarantee you neither of those cars will be 10 second cars for 9k. If they do for one lap they will blow within a few after that. I’ve seen shit cars attempted to be built to 10 second plus cars for under 10k and they usually end up closer to 15-20k and that’s reusing shit sketchy like resurfacing and reusing anything they can to save money. None of those cars even lasted 2 years seeing as everyone I know drives their builds hard.
