Build It By Yourself! The springfree Trampoline 

Thanks again. This is a really helpful and tremendous DIY video. I just wanted you to know that I used this video in Ireland and for the same trampoline in the USA. This second time around I paid better attention to the video and my arms anywhere dead at the end. I finished it record time and didn't break out into a flop sweat either in 100 degree weather mind you. One tip I would add is that I actually use the method of using my hip to get the rods in rather than strong arming it; a world of difference which only made your method that much more awesome. Thank you again. My wife couldn't believe how fast I put it together. You should send it to Springfree!

Hey dude last time I assembled my spring free tramp took me 4 hours with help from a friend. Just did it in 3 hours by myself! Cheers dude

This is a great video; much thanks for posting it. I have a medium round trampoline that is 1/2 done - at the attach the net step. Nice to know that it can be done by myself as my wife is not wanting to help with the trampoline attachment. Edit/Add: (4 hours later...) Just completed my installation; my next door neighbor helped me with the last 3 rods all around (I'm 62, he's 37). Looks great and couldn't have done this without your video. Much appreciated!

I used a small pair of vicegrip pliers to clamp and pull the edge of the mat as I inserted the rods--really helped to have something to hold onto.

How do you get the mat rod off the mat? I screwed up and the clip slid inside with the rod attached and I want to cut it apart and burn it ATM !

Great video Jason. A little tip would be to use your body weight using hips. That's way easier 😀

5:00 Just one very important advice, that might save you a lot of cursing: Check if the pockets of the net face to the outside when the net is raised! Take a look before installing the rods. Don't be the fool I was, because if you are, you need to remove all the rods again, which takes even more force than installing them.

You have to push the pole all the way into the top of the net and it is really hard to do. You obviously did not do that. They don't even show it in the manufacturer video because it is so hard to do. I have to leave the pole so its not put together all the way so I can grab both sides of the pocket receiver of the net and push it down while the short part of the pole is braced against the ground. Really hard to do! It took a 200 lb. person with a strong grip. Hopefully others have better advice.

What size did you buy and do you regret buying that size. Is it the oval 8x11? We r trying to decide on which one to get

I have an older trampoline, there are no marks on the frame. any chance you could show in a diagram where those colors are?

Your clips for where the rods seat on the mat are inside the trampoline, this will make the mat tear… it should be out on the channel…

Excellent trampoline but HOPELESS after sales care and very expensive spare parts. We had a few parts fail on us but no satisfaction from SPRINGFREE

You really need keep your face away from rod level. Best way is still palm up, use your body weight. Trust me, I've installed over 700 of these. Also, I can do a complete O77 assembly in less than 20 minutes. I just don't want to see someone lose a tooth or worse.

No, no, no, no, no....Palm up and elbow against your hip. Lean in with your body weight to set the spring rods. You will kill your arms if you install the rods the way in your video. Just saying...

This video sucks! Instead of setting camera down you shoulda had someone walk with you. Plus when you walk away from the camera can't hear you at all.
