Wow! There's a lot of pipes on this thing. Did the creature have something like a body suit that it wore. Great work, Wayne.

The actor had a body glove, the suit is rubber (cast in sections from a life size maquette sculpted over a body cast of the actor by HR Giger) and was in sections but completely covered the actor for full body shots. For Aliens, the stunt actors wore black body suits with panels and pipes to give the illusion of full suits so they could move quickly, under the dark lighting, you couldn’t tell. I think it’s impressive how your making that rubber skin work by the glue u use and zip ties! I watched another person doing this build and there rubber skin keeps coming undone at the seams

So now you have 2 legs for Alien, 2 legs for G1 Optimus, and at least 1 leg for the Bay Optimus...I picture a tote in your workshop labeled "Legs". Lol. Aside from my dumb joke, I DO have a couple of questions. Earlier in the video, you mention gluing the skin of the leg (where the metal plates go) to the plastic underlayer. When doing the foot, what are your thoughts about gluing the skin to the bottom of the foot to help aid in closing the seam? Also, when you were putting magnets into the skin of the abdomen, I noticed you were using the regular CA glue and not the Stormsure like you did for the skin sections of the legs. Is the abdomen skin much different than the leg skin, or is there a reason you used the regular glue and not the flexible stuff?

Yer I run out of my stormsure lol. It's hard to glue the soul of the foot to the base as it actually sits just above it. That is one of the hardest seems to seal

@@WorldofWayneUK ok, so, for the abdomen, would you recommend using the flexible glue, or do you think it won't matter for the abdomen as much as it does for the legs or arms? And I can see that for the foot. Is there any trick to get it good, or just use the clamps and ties and hope for the best?

This one doesn't really interest me but what does is the fact that most, if not all of these builds, cant be purchased in Australia....at least via subscription
