I personally left the windshield in its packaging, do that stage when nearer to fitting it.

I love this one, had a little Corgi version of this as a kid. For me this is THE Batmobile.

Wayne I would put a drop of glue on those small red beacons because the carpet monster will find them😊

I would have loved to see George Barris build one of these, since he built the full sized one.

Nice , easy to follow video, as usual. Just a point though: The bracket that holds the four 'side lights' on the roll bar is 'shaped' (has an angle to it). It should fit flush to the roll bar shape. It appears to be protruding in the video.

Thanks for a really fun watch Wayne! Holy Big scale super accurate Batmobile Batman! The best part is there were no mishaps with the bat knife.I really appreciate your using the POW! WHAM!ect.and the spinning between scenes -Holy extremely well done Batman!

Wayne if you can get hold of a set of cotton gloves (NBC inners are ideal) you will be able to handle the windscreens without leaving fingerprints.

So you are building mechanical shark named Bruce and your name is Wayne and you are now building a Batmobile. Genius!

I actually found an episode of the TV Batman on RU-vid where the Green Hornet and Kato guest.

I don't think there are any episodes of the series where the Batmobile engine is shown (it was a modified Lincoln Futura, so it used the engine from that concept car) so this is the first time anyone has seen it.

This reminds me of the Matchbox Batmobile and Matchbox Penguin car I had as a kid. They were way smaller but got a lot of play time.

Looks good so far but I think this would drive me Batty.

This build is going to be brilliant Wayne. I found those NP screws a problem. I am considering having the lights on the top of the dome lenses working, as they did in the original car once I have worked out how to drill a small hole all the way up the pillars. Changing the dome light to a flashing light.

Per my communication with fanhome: We would kindly inform you that the prices for the Batmobile collection are as below: The first package costs $1.95. The 2nd package costs $35.18. The 3rd package costs $49.17. From the 4th package until package 6 it costs $98.34 each. From package 7 until package 17 it costs $104.34 each. From package 18 until package 21 it costs $121.73 each. This means that in total you will receive 21 packages.

Lol even though it’s April Fool day if you watch there’s a spider crawling on one of Wayne’s camera lens while he’s doing the pipes it’s in the lower left corner. First I thought it was a screw but it’s a spider

Holy jeepers Batman this is Robin across the pond...lolol 😂 We could do this all day long back and forth...lolol Anyway I was wondering how many times you had to cut filming because those beecon lights kept falling out of the recess...lol They actually stay in well without needing any glue thank God... I see one of your followers was thinking about lighting the lights on top of the pillars... I already did it by drilling a pin size hole all the way through the pillar and I also lit the four beecon lights also using the thinest fiber optic line and ran all of them to the red light in the tower cage... They pick up the light and it looks great... Very very very bright... Now I got my shipment weeks ago for this one but i did have to order a new stage 3&4 because the top of my metal bar was badly scratched and my windshield had glue and a small scratch on it... Now i was contacted by Fanhome that the Batmobile and ET were going to be behind this month for shipping... But i did just start getting my Ecto-1 builds again so I'm happy...lol Now i figure you know that D'agostini owns all these Fanhome builds and Serrna's Lotus and the ISS... So its nice if there's a problem with any of them just call one number...lol So 🦇 Batman this is your old partner Robin signing off for now from across the pond...best regards mate

Hi Wayne, quick question, I'm new to these builds, finally tempted by the 66 Batmobile hoping it'll be the crown in my collection. You used glue for the motor. What glue would you recommend? Thanks for your time, love the videos

I really like this build but Fanhome is already on the wrong foot. It took 3 weeks to even ship the parts for my second month.

What? The four red lenses (2 on each side of the bar) don't have lights behind them? They flash alternately on the real car! Paging Mike Lane to the Batcave!!
