At least both the holes for the switch screws were drilled for you I had to drill one out to get the screw in as they must have missed it when drilling out the holes !

I wonder what the battery size is. Looking forward to this build hitting Australia. I had to watch this a second time to comment as I now normally watch youtube on my TV via an internet TV box. I can like and subscribe (already a subscriber), but I can't comment or go to links watching via the internet tv box.

If you are in the US, follow the US link, if you are in the UK, follow the UK link. If you are in Germany, you're pretty much screwed. Not your fault, Wayne, of course but it's a shame that they (eaglemoss) don't offer it in Germany. Of course I could order somehow from the UK, but it's expensive enough as it is without those hefty postage and (possible) customs fees.

I can't help but wonder, having the battery compartment open under the car like that, will it not be terribly difficult to change the batteries when the time comes? Once the car is done and you've got all the gubbins up on the roof I can't see it being easy at all to turn the car over to reach that.

At this stage has anybody considered install of a dc converter plug to allow getting rid of the batteries? Assuming this will eventually be in the display case, it would eliminate battery changing and also the inevitable potential of battery leakage in the model. Wondering if you and folks here think this is a good consideration or not. Think if wiring done correctly, it could be wired after the current batter box so not to get rid of the current, more as an either/or. Thanks All.

I made a transformer my self that I use on the Millennium Falcon. It's housed inside a pewter pint tankard and looks much nicer than those plastic ones you buy from the shops. Works perfectly too.

Looking good. Do you think the Ecto-1 batteries will bleed out power like the Delorean did? Also I checked the height of the Ghostbusters Plasma series figures next to my Delorean. They are a little short. Maybe 1/10 scale or smaller. Oh well.

I never had a problem with the Delorean bleeding power. I suspect there was a short in the circuit board. We wont know until wee see the board for this one but I am going to make sure more wiring is A1

Synthlord yes, the current EM figures are way too out of proportion (small) hoping EM considers a 1:8 scale set in the future.
