Mr. E also only uses Powerful Lithium batteries. I've heard good and bad about Amorge packs. I've never heard anything negative about PL except the price. Excited to hear the feedback on this build a couple months from now from someone who tells it like it is.

I'm running a qs203 5000w with 100 A sabvaton on my Revv1 (Aluminum frame, full suspension). Its amazing, very robust and feels solid AF. 72 VOLT IS THE WAY!! (72 volt, P42A molicels, 47 AH, 100 Amp Sabvaton controller).

Nice job I just showed my budget build on my channel with under 800$ I put 60v25ah and 1500a DD motor and sabvaton 45a controller shunt modded and I got it up to 43mph with my fat ass at 265 on it and my roommate got it to 49mph and she is 120lbs. But I'm ordering the new Bigniu BG-X chopper this weekend and going to do 60v on that and try to get it to do 55mph with a 3k motor and fardriver controller I hope to make it to that speed. I was trying to get to 60mph but everyone is saying I won't get there on 60v but I like to be challenged lol. Going to have DJ sounds probably tune it or jet bikes. But great build buddy we will meet this ride season fosho

The direct drive motors are very impressive. I'm running one that's only 1500w with a 45 amp controller. It's everything I need. Especially after converting to that from a 500w motor and 15 amp controller. I don't understand why so many videos say direct drive has no torque. Propaganda perhaps.

Nice build. You did'nt provide the pinout for the rear brakelight wires that you said you would also could you provide the wiring for the headlight switch connections to wire harness I have the same but my multimeter is broke can't figure them out. Thanks

So first I would check the spokes on both the front and back wheels to make sure there are no loose spokes.

Hey JB. Question. Why was the chain left out ? I'm in Ca. I ask because here in California it would give cops reason to give me a ticket or pull me over. Even impound the bike if they wanted to be A-holes.

Ehh it was mainly for aesthetics. I don't like chains on high powered ebikes especially if it has no function. Most people keep it on but I don't like chains and derailurs.

Do I need a new battery? What if I only need like 1500-2000 watts (that's like 40mph?)

For a 1500-2000 watt motor, it would definitely require a battery 52v or higher. They also have smaller controllers that can increase your top speed without upgrading the battery or motor, although your range would decrease significantly.

The battery cost me $672 from Amorge and it came in under 3 weeks. Granted it's only 25ah but these Samsung cells have great discharge.

Is that the macfox bag? The one in between the seat and handlebars. On the website it says only compatible with the x1 and x2 not x1s. Is there any problems or does it work fine. I have an x1 and really wanted to get the bag until I saw on the website it said it was not compatible with the x1s.

Yes it is! The bag will fit the X1 because it has the mounts on the frame up top with the 2 screw holes.

No speed limiter with this build. I gutted everything and put in a new controller and other components. This bike is fully unlocked.

Correct! If you have a reverse switch, after you connect it to the controller, you can adjust the speed of your reverse.

Are you located in NYC My name is Dwayne i live Uptown Mann. I have a couple of questions for you. I have a motor & controller kit I'm thinking about buying from Alibaba. My bike is 48V 1000. I don't want that much more speed just about 8-10mph more in speed. Im thinking about getting the kit but 1st I need to know if the controller is compatible to my stock battery. My battery is a big 60AH battery and I know with a bigger motor and different controller I can get more torch and speed out of that big battery. I need you to help me to see if the controller is compatible. Everything is basically plug and play. I can pay you to help me put this bike together. I would always recommend buying from name brand/reputable brands like Ariel Rider, Super73, Juiced, Ride 1Up, Zooz, etc. Their bikes go through the necessary steps and precautions when producing their bikes and batteries

The Fardriver is pretty awesome. It's able to peak the motor to over 8kw.

Technically, it is not a sleeper. A sleeper keeps a fully stock appearance and your bike appears to have been drastically modified both cosmetically and performance-wise. Some people love displaying their modifications ("check it out, I got a big cock"), while others want to keep them a mystery (sleepers). Killer specifications, but it looks like a cop magnet to me (exposed controller, motorcycle-style lighting, terrible cable and battery management, etc.).
