This video shows off a room that is widely ignored by builders. Generally, builders put the mechanical portion of a house wherever they can fit it without regard to access for maintenance, or thought to the harm it might do to the system as a whole.
In this video I go over the systems that make this house healthier, more comfortable and efficient, with the hope that it might educate others that are building, or thinking of building, a home.
