It's finally time - let's rebuild my BMW E36 coupe from the ground up

So here it is, rebuild time for my Boston green BMW e36 328i coupe m-sport which we're actually currently building as an M60B40 V8 conversion, but we haven't got that far yet.
How far have we got? Well... watch the video and you'll find out. Suspension refresh overhaul. let's go.
We've completely stripped everything and we're building the whole e36 from the ground up, completely brand new.
I'm typing all of this, like I usually do, to target those pesky keywords.
Which keyword? The ones that say stuff like, wow that's a great boston green m-sport bmw e36 you have there, is it a 328i? M-sport? Yes it is

Seen a few comments saying the same thing so I’ll just pin this 😂 - We’re gunna torque bolts up after we’ve let the car settle on its weight a few times. - We greased the polybushes dw. Love you all x

2 suggestions: Do the front strut towers reinforcements and please get rid of those front arms bushes, do the strongflex ones, those suck 😅 And dont roll the car that much with no drive shafts, you will ruin your new bearings

It’s a shame that working on your car is becoming a dying art in the UK. These Bruvs wouldn’t understand as they get pleasure from ‘Spaky Studios/Motorsport’ to Stage 3.65 their car, bro.

It's just stupid expensive now that GBP is in the bin, so parts from America / Germany / Japan are now more expensive. Plus insurance hikes are taking the Mick, it's almost impossible for young people to modify anything without a great paying job or parents helping out. The cost of living being sky high also means people have less money to do cool builds. It's all a mess and kind of upsetting for the scene

Noice boys. It might hsve been mentioned already so sorry to sound like a bellend, but i see you put the 'non-m' droplinks on the front. Defo reccomend using the droplinks that came with the BC's and mount them to the coilover as per the M3's. It amplifies the effort of the roll bar and makes it toiter. Would be ideal for the heavier V8 when it goes in 🤌🏼

i hate to be that guy but YOU DIDNT TORQUE ANY OF THE BOLTS UP and you didnt fit any cv joints to the wheel bearings so they dont have any support and wil collapse

Torque them up later after all the weights gone through them! And yeah we know, it was for 2 mins just whilst we washed she’s back on the lift now 🤘🏻 bearings are sound

I done exactly all of these bushes poly about 13 Months ago, I have now just had to weld the diff carrier mounts locations as they cracked and fit the reinforcement plates, this is mostly due to years of shoddy mounts taking the slack and the new bushes putting full load on the old mounting points, so long story short if you haven’t already….. fit the boot floor reinforcement plates. 👍🏻

You should change lower arm left side ball joint to the same side of right side. Other wise car will drive poorly as one is floating and one not. Aswell i would use bc racing drop links on front.
