Good morning everybody! I'm loving all the ASA stuff we're getting to experience!

I love that they removed movement speed levelling. Makes fast dinos actually useful again. Also means PvP isn't just a bunch of fleas speeding around with the smallest character models they can create.

I always like to get a pair of iguanadons and name them Siskel and Ebert, because they are always giving two thumbs up

That waterfall by the mosh pit is where my current base is. I find it amusing that your "small shack in the woods" is almost as big as my whole current base there haha

Found out yesterday you can build a taming raft easy...it's easy to sink the foundation and you can put dino gates on it

Not sure if you saw at the end of your video but it looked like the Rex you took down had a baby potentially due to its white heart? Still not sure about that but there may be a baby Rex running loose near there.

Its really good that I didnt play all of the maps in ark as it was. I didnt play this one! I never saw these places in the old game...Now I get to really enjoy them with the new look and without the memory of the old deminishing it for me. Im really going to like this map

Your mosh pit shack is roughly where my first base was in ASA, just down where you parked the raft. I got owned by raptors at that location. Keep an eye on your south flank, big spawn area just past the tall sea stack.

@phlinger for taming tracker you have to click on the little tracking icon when taming. having it highlight does nothing other then big map view

How did you get your dinos NOT to disappear in the middle of using the raft? It happened to me and in a few videos I've watched.

The third Person on a dino is more far away now. You cant really see the tail of the trike in ase. I tested it today
