I’m usually very skeptical about these types of videos but you seem very genuine. It feels like I’m watching a video from my old teachers🤣 Thanks for this
You should be skeptical as this is a complete gimmick. The only people making money with this are the people who created the tools and the ones who promote them with affiliate links.
Can't thank you enough for this vid!!! My expertise is in audio engineering, so real quick: try not to touch your microphone stand or hit your table since those of us with decent speakers can hear the boom in the low frequencies. Also, you can apply an audio filter that will help your vocals come out more clearly and also kill the boominess if you happen to touch the mic - put a High-Pass filter on all your audio that starts around 120hz. You might also consider a touch of compressor and/or Limiter to make sure your volumes are consistent. Hit me up if i can help and thanks again for your killer vids!!!
When I tried this, it was good but I felt a huge limitation was not being able to prompt a user with options. Instead they had to think of a question first to start the bot. Today Botpress have released this feature in beta. It would be great if you could cover how to do this at some stage.
It would have been worth mentioning that stackAI will only give you 100 "runs" per month for free. This means that if your botpress bot does not know the answer, and has to resort to stackAI, each question uses 1 "run". You have to pay $200 per month to get 5k "runs" per month. But that only pays for three bots that you can use for three different projects, that's 5,000 runs per bot.
This information was really valuable. Liam’s delivery was spot on and i didnt feel like he was selling me a product, ebook or subscription. This will be helpful for not only agency owners but even business owners who wanna dabble to see how it works. Continue with the great videos G.
I have question. Once you build the AI and pass it on to the client, don't you have to pay a monthly service fee for the API's and botpress? Who covers that?
Hey Liam, the only thing I don’t really understand about it is the coding area. so I would love if you can please make a video elaborating on that more.
Ive been watching all youre videos analyzing them and writing the important parts down in Word documents and i think this channel will help me start an AI agency .So far this was the most useful video appreciate ur effort G 🤝
Just wanted to say I finished building out my own bot for my website, and spent 15 minutes playing around with different prompts. This thing is such a game changer! WOW! I am so excited to continue learning how to use this tool. Thank you for the great content I am so glad I found you! On a side note - Tried to use your stack Ai link to sing up, in case its an affiliate link. However I just thought I would let you know, it doesn't seem to work on any of my browsers. Some kind of error. So I have to sing up through their main website page. Perhaps something to ask them to fix if it is an affiliate system.
I don't really understand the difference from a simple chatbot already exist and this one and why some1 should buy this for 3500$. Basically the difference is that if you ask which colour is the sky he can answer, but I don't understand why client should give his information in chatbot when there is a whole website with fill form. If can explain me the mind-blowing part would appreciate
Thanks Liam, absolutley amazing content, your teaching style is brilliant, making complex technologies easier to understand. I have not come across botpress but feel that I can start using it without going through 100's of YT videos by just following your video. Thank you!!
When I was introduced to AAA, I thought it was going to be a steep learning curve but the way you explain it eases those concerns. Good job bro keep'em coming
i never comment on youtube videos, but you're detailed process outline is incredible. Thank you for sharing the granular parts of the process. Question for you: Why use botpress over a tool like intercom? What's the advantage for a client to use this custom bot instead of a software like intercom?
This is open source! Its so so so so important that every one of us has the chance to compete with the biggies out there and I am so grateful, that you help me as an individual to get better in influencing the soon to be history of this AI adoption phase.
Hi Liam, like we say in Nigeria my country, you are too much! All this wonderful content you're giving out free without selling anything. You're really authentic because you're not doing this for money, getting a revenue of up to $100k monthly - a proof of your competence. Thank you so much.
Thank you Liam, I have a question regarding Botpress. I understand that Botpress offers 1000 incoming messages for free. In the case of a client with a large-scale advertisement, how should we handle it? Would they need to purchase a plan on Botpress? If so, should we set up Botpress on the client's email so that they can use it and pay accordingly afterwards?
I have watched over 20 videos so far and this is fantastic. Great value. My only suggestion would be for you to make these tutorial videos longer. Its too fast and not detailed enough for a beginner to follow.
Hey everyone! This is such a great topic! I've been diving into the world of AI tools recently, and it's fascinating to see the potential they have for transforming businesses. Although there are a ton of tools out there, I find it interesting how many companies still face challenges like siloed initiatives
Great video! I was wondering, how much do you bill the client afterwards for the subscriptions (for botpress, stackai, GPT4) and how do they respond to that?
Hey liam a quick question, So as you know we have to pay per message for all the messages after the free 1000 messages on botpress so do i take the payment from the client and keep paying for it or i just tell the client to take access to the bot press account and pay as per his needs, thanks ??
Does your client contract protect you in the event that botpress goes out of business, or is down for an extended period? What prevents your client from suing you if the chatbot you provided them stops working and replacing it is their only option?
Fantastic tutorial, clearly done it a few times...Is that NZ$ or US$? I can see how a more elaborate solution could accomplish a great deal for the client so skys the limit if you can pull-off value-based pricing. Why did you choose to sell this to the client, rather than going for MRR?
You would enjoy watching a guy sit at a computer and work all day? Or do you prefer a fake day in the life style video where the person doesn’t do any actual work during their day
Just completed one for my niche market. Life coaches and next fitness instructions. Hopefully, I can get on to the more advanced stuff later with less repetition on nodes and more API tasks. Thanks. It was amazing. Let's see where it takes us. Next to automate the sales process on Linkedin - hehe.
Thanks for the content. I'm new to the industry and just starting out. I'm hoping to get an answer to a question on pricing and was wondering if you or someone else can answer it. When you charge for building a chatbot, do you also charge a monthly fee for the additional monthly cost incurred by the customer on the number of threads/tokens or usage charged by OpenAI or Voiceflow? Hope I asked this question properly. Thx!
Can we build a chatbot which works like an autoresponder? Like the bot starts conversation when the user inputs /start and ends the chat whenever the user inputs /end. And many commands....
I'm a bit sceptical related to the use of botpress. As you pay for a number of incoming messages, it makes your bot vulnerable to spam attacks. If a user wants he can just drain your bot's money allocation to 0$. Is there any protection against this ?
Excellent content Liam, can you explain me a little a rough estimate of the costs to develop it and the limitations of the free accounts of both Botpress and Stack, I note that Botpress can only answer 1000 questions per month and I think Stack just 100 runs, also I would like to know if there is a more economical alternative if the client receives more than 1000 questions, for example 10,000 do you think they are still feasible what they charge these platforms or is it better for us developers to look elsewhere?
When you interrupted, I was compelled to like and subscribe, I'll ask for a request, please can you do a masterclass on AAA Agency 3-5 hours long video for 2024-25 pleasee.
I’m curious about why use this platform vs something like an aws flask app that is made for scaling and has greater security ? I’m sure there’s a good reason , just curious about the specific tech reasons
Is there a specific security flaw of which you know? Do you think the greater 'scaling' of AWS will ever be remotely relevant for a local karate business? Sounds like unneeded complexity. And remember: Amazon comes with political risk: if they find out you support truth, peace, and freedom they might simply cancel your accounts. Remember Parler?
@@illuminated2438 you answered perfectly and I agree- if it's for a smaller local business that doesnt use the website to take payment information or collect personal details and such, then yes it's the perfect solution. Thank you for directing me towards Parler, I had not heard about that before.
the known security breaches are the usual ones-- low or no code for the website developer doesn't mean there isn't code behind that code that someone else created. Typical man in the middle attacks or other code injections are more easy when there is nobody looking at the code that runs the plugins or low-code solutions.
Hey @LiamOttley, really great work man! Thanks for sharing all of this! I had a question for you, how did you come up with that specific pricing? And also, whether you think it's better to go with a single-payment service like this or with a subscription service instead. Cheers!
Phenomemal Video BUT what I've been asking myself the whole time is, what if Botpress or another API critical to the function of the chatbot ever discontinues their services and now your client's chatbot isn't working anymore. Are you held liable and have to refund or do you have a contracutal arrangement that makes you not resopnsible?
In regards to this specific case use; wouldn’t it be easier or equally simple to just have clients fill out a contact form? I’m trying to see the advantage. I’m interested to see what other ways we can use AI for our home service business. Thanks
Notice how Liam talked about how each response the bot gives is showing the prospect how the service is a right fit for them? A contact form isn't able to do that, and having a prospect feel as if the service is for them, as they learn about the service, makes it 10x easier to close a deal.
You earned a sub, amazing value! One question: When I add the pre-configured script tags, the chat symbol appears normal. But when I add the customizable script tags, the symbol is gone. Do you have an idea on why this happens? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!
Awesome video Liam! I would really appreciate it if you could run us through on how to customise the chatbot interface as I think it requires coding knowledge which I don't have or don't know yet!
Awesome video man, so much value! Question, for the response like "Hi I'm Joseph your AI martial arts assistant... and "knowing you can look after yourself is more important than ever these days, etc, did you come up with those responses on your own? Or did the client tell you what he wanted the bot to respond with?
Your video is incredibly informative and thanks you for your efforts but where can I find the codeblock prompts you mentioned in the video? Please help me out guys
This is really good, Im thinking of using a similar approach with machine learning to identify jiujitsu moves and provide links based on the conversation
I'm very curious where do you find your clients, where i can offer my services? To create something is easy, to find the right person to buy is the difficult part 🙂
do you have to use cloud hosts for the chat bots? If so would i have to get my client to buy hosting or would i buy the hosting? Also how much is it to just run the chat bot and how much for stack ai to run?
Yo Liam, I'm also from NZ, and you are living my dream lol. Its obvious ai is the next big thing and I really want to get involved early to help people understand it and implement it into their businesses. I missed your last giveaway but a call would be so valuable to me bro! Thank you so much for all this value.
Great video, but it seems like if we don't know code, we can't get very far with this. Do you have any prompts saved for asking chatGPT for code that works with Botpress?
Just watched the entire video and I appreciate the effort Liam put into showcasing the process. However, am I the only one who thinks that charging $3,500 for a chatbot of this complexity is a bit overpriced? 🤔 There are platforms that offer pre-built functionalities that can achieve similar results for way less. It's essential to remember the value vs. cost ratio when selling to clients. That said, I do admire the expertise and the walkthrough provided, and I'm intrigued about other AI projects Morningside AI has taken on. Would love to hear others' thoughts on this pricing aspect. 🚀
It's been hard not to overreact to each of your videos man, INCREDIBLE CONTENT, amazing didactic, very easy to understand and follow even for me, a beginner on I.A study. I'm really excited with the videos and looking forward to see more.
@LiamOttley stack ai is free to start but cannot be used for commercial projects right? even if you can use, there is a limit of 100 runs per month (1 question = 1 run), so the client will only be able to serve 100 questions a month. you can upgrade stackai of course but its gonna be a running cost, no? 200 usd a month will make your initial profit disappear in less than two years. so my question is how to scale/monetize this properly?
