“Remember we are not here to hit hard and kill” “I just want them to get the idea of it” Well said, you are a good coach and motivator. I would definitely like to learn from you.
You look like a really good coach and you make it understandable and simple and you have great enthusiasm hope I get a coach like you in my gym when I join
I love this video, makes me wish I had a coach with this much enthusiasm. I know as a boxer coaches aren’t gonna be this energetic because they expect seriousness and for you to perfect it but this was nice to see.
This was the first video i'd ever tried 2 years ago and still amazing im gonna do this again for practicing during pandemic. Thanks! Enjoy it and i like a friendly coach like you. Thanks a lot for this. 😎💪
Just done my level 1 amateur coaching badges in the uk …. Mate that video was awesome… keep up the good work….. I’m proper taking that into my classes Great work mate 🥊
Awesome job! As a former fighter, Its good to see someone that knows how to teach boxing when you see so many suppose to be coaches that dont know what they are really doing.
This is awesome work, man! You are really doing a great job showing how to build proper mitt work. The problem with many mitt coaches and practitioners is that there is too much endgaining and stiffness involved. Once you reach such a relaxed biomechanical and muscle memory level as you are showing in your instructional video, you can always tune up strength*speed*intention on the equalizer, and build exceptionally devastating combos. This work you are showing is both good for pros and non-pros. Big thumbs up, man!
That was awsome dude ima subscribe Im tryn to use the mitts with my friends snd we re having a comms breakdown problems with me explaining and them trying to understand the concept as a whole
Thanks for this buddy! Me and my gf enjoyed everything about this. Due to covid gyms are closed but we are doing this in the living room and having a bunch of fun. Love from Finland!
Lots of times, the person holding mitts lose track of the fact that they aren't there to show how good they are, but are actually there to make the other person better. Great job.
You two together here looks like a real boxing ring. You did a fabulous job Mr. C.J. explaining and showing us. She did a great Job also. I see a piece of Flab creeping up my back, it's got to go before it gets out of control. We met you last week at the Women's Wellness Group KJLH Radio. Thanks for Emailing. I'm gonna sign up. Nice job.
