In my region...1400 rs per sq feet ...In which contractor will gives you complete home...With lock and key...it means area around 700 Sq feet will cost under 10 lakh. Furniture excluded.

Nice concept, but a few points of concern having some exposure with Drywalls and framing based construction. Any tests or ratings for fire and wind speed endurance? UPVC alone for exterior and interior with no metal sheeting in between compromises the integrity of the walls to external impact. Also, no matter how well engineered, there are always crevices that need infill and sealant to avoid breeding of pests.
Don’t invest in this type of project because it’s not safe from earthquakes and any other disasters which come on earth… And it is too costly also so before you invest please think carefully…
