you should use a push stick when using the table saw not letting the piece sit between the saw-blade and the fence you will get it back at yourself eventfully
I'm not certain if the eyelets are standard but you can find them on Ebay, Amazon and Mannlake. Just search beehive eyelets. I just drilled a practice hole to see what size the eyelet would fit snug into with a hammer and used that drill bit. My eyelet fits into a 1/8 hole on my drill gauge so a drill bit around 7/64. I think the eyelets are all made in china so different sources my vary in size.
