Welcome to our channel! This Log Cabin Project is a dream that we have had for several years that we finally decided to make a reality. Our goal is to build a tiny log cabin from scratch using as much material from our land as possible. We are building it entirely using hand tools (no chainsaw!). In this episode, we collect flat, smooth rocks from our stream and finish the stone floor around the stove and front door using mortar and a wood frame. We also paint and install our flue pipe from the stove to the chimney and light our first fire! Lastly, we install our last 2 windows on the front of the cabin on the 2nd floor.
