@@Wikarian99PLThey don't all want big expensive single family homes, some of them want small, less expensive single family homes. As someone that has lived in high density, medium density, and a large single family home, I can tell you that the large single family home is by far the best quality of life. Its easy enough to just make tighter blocks of smaller sized single family homes between your medium density and your large suburban homes. If you want medium and high density you're going to need to offer higher education, and lower tax rates for higher educated individuals. You'll also need good public transit. Then you'll build high and medium density demand.
