Purge valves are pretty common on 2.0L ecoboosts. Usually sets like a P0456 DTC in the PCM. Seen them fail on fusions, escapes, and edges. Never a focus ST tho. Yet…
@@michachmiel6897 yeah it was a PCM reprogram and check for fuel tank deformation. They also wanted you to check for various EVAP codes. Which can cause the fuel tank issue. So if you had any of those DTC’s stored in the PCM they wanted us to replace the canister purge valve and possibly the tank if it wasn’t within the specification they provided
