The other channels that I watch where they milk goats, they use some sort of antiseptic wipes on the udders first and then attach the device. The goats don't seem to mind---but then, they aren't your goats, eh? Great episode, as usual, and I can't seem to get the grin off of my face when I'm finished watching you all.
Don’t know why anyone would object to a milking machine especially since it’s not expensive at all. So much easier, less work (and you 2 more then enough of that). My guess is it’s more efficient also. 👍👍👍
Well done on the milking machine and no bending much either. One suggestion maybe to put some kind of ramp on the back for them to walk up like the boys have for their trailer
Your homestead farm is so enjoyable ‼️ Watching the interactions between y'all & the animals plus all the hm & farm improvements just gives a warm feeling. 4 those of us that R 2 old 2 start over, can live it through your channel. You can sheer the sheep in the station. Just take off the sides. Place it in a shaded area. Don’t stress the sheep might need to do sheering a little at a time when it is cool. Love your videos. Be good. Peace and love.
Great work on the milking station but, I was interested in seeing the difference in the udders after milking. Just curious about how much less weight it would be for the animals. I have learned so many things just by watching you guys. Keep up the good work. 👍

Hi guys, you could put your pin on a chain,so you don't loose it. Love the milking stand. David is right the machine makes it more sanitary. Which if selling to the public you have to have hygiene standards. Stay safe .
Your not going to drink that milk are you ? Why i am asking you this is because you are to clean the goat nippers then put the mlking machine to the nippers. That's what and how we do that so no one would get sick from their milk . I am glad you got a milking machine and thats right you have to clean it everytime for health care . I agree. Suggestion: view RU-vid channel Weed ‘‘em and Reap in Arizona. That family raises, breeds, shows, goats and makes cheese from the milk. The mom seems very knowledgeable. There are many RU-vid homesteaders with goats.
The Palettes you are giving the Goats while you are milking them, are they Organic? If not, the milk or cheese you eat from Goat will not be healthy for you.
